Supply of 3,755 Three-Week-Old Table Birds (Broilers) and 563 Bags of Table Bird Feeds
Project: Improving Food and Nutritional Security and Economic Well-being in Fako and Manyu Divisions (South-West Region)
Background: Caritas Kumba, in collaboration with the World Food Programme (WFP), is implementing a Food for Asset Project to enhance food security and livelihoods in our community. As part of this initiative, we require the supply of 3,755 three-week-old table birds (broilers) and 563 bags of table bird feeds.
The selected supplier will be responsible for:
-Providing 3,755 three-week-old table birds (broilers) meeting specified criteria.
-Providing 563 bags of table bird feeds for three months
-Ensuring the quality and health standards of the birds.
-Delivering the birds and feeds to the designated location within the agreed-upon timeframe.
-Providing necessary documentation and certifications related to the supplied birds and feeds.
Requirements: Interested suppliers must:
-Be registered and licensed for poultry farming and supply.
-Have demonstrated experience in supplying poultry products, especially broilers.
-Be able to provide the required quantity within the specified timeframe.
-Comply with health and safety standards in poultry farming and transportation.
-Submit a proposal outlining the approach, profile, relevant experience, timeline, and pricing details.

Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on:
