ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
-Be of Cameroonian nationality.
-Be aged between 17 and 35 years old.
-Be registered with the National Youth Observatory (ONJ).
-Possess the Biometric Youth Card, a receipt for the said card, or a valid enrollment coupon.
-Be a graduate of Higher Education; employed or not, in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
-Have a minimum level of Bac + 3.
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:
-Motivation letter.
-Completed application form downloadable from the National Youth Observatory platform: [www.onjcameroun.cm](http://www.onjcameroun.cm)
-Photocopy of the birth certificate.
-Photocopy of the National Identity Card or valid receipt, if applicable.
-Curriculum Vitae.
-Photocopy of the diploma or any other document proving the candidate’s level of education.
-Photocopy of the Biometric Youth Card or the receipt for the enrollment application for the said Card, if applicable.
NB: The application for the Biometric Youth Card consists of the following documents:
-Stamped request addressed to MINJEC.
-Copy of the National Identity Card.
-Attestation of Unique Identification Number (NIU).
-Location plan.
-Payment receipt of ten thousand (10,000) FCFA to the Finance Officer of the CMPJ in the applicant’s municipality.
