Direct Sales Officer (DSO) – Branch Banking
Job description / Role
Employment: Full Time
Purpose : The Direct Sales Officer (DSO) is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in order to increase the Youth and Mass Market portfolios.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop the bank’s portfolio by recruiting clients in the “Youth” and “Mass Market” segments.
- Equip newly acquired and/or existing customers with digital and insurance products, etc.
- Contribute to the mobilization of deposits through the sale of all deposits offered by the Bank.
- Contribute to the development of the credit portfolio by ensuring the marketing of financing offers to the various targets.
- Actively participate in account reactivation campaigns.
- Fully exploit existing customer relationships to create profitable new business opportunities.
- Work with the Profit Center Coordinators in the development and execution of initiatives for the acquisition, retention and growth of the target customer base for passive and active.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations and procedures, particularly those relating to opening accounts, collecting deposits and protecting consumer data.
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, regulations and markets specific to private banking clients.
- Knowledge of digital channels and services available for different business segments.
- Motivation and autonomy to work independently and achieve objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Be between 25 and 30 years’ old.
- Have at least a HND or equivalent in sales/marketing.
- Have at least 6 months of experience in sales, relationship management or any related field.

Business Development Representative (BDR) – Branch Banking

Employment: Full Time
Purpose : The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in order to increase the Mass Affluent, Affluent and Business Banking portfolios.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop the bank’s portfolio by recruiting clients in the “Mass Affluent”, “Affluent” and “Business Banking” segments.
