Recruitment at the International NGO PUI: 170 Enumerators
PUI has been present in Cameroon since 2008, initially in the East / Adamawa region, and then in the Far North (EN) in 2014/2015, through its base in Maroua. It carries out emergency and recovery activities in Water, Hygiene and Sanitation (WASH), Food and Nutritional Security and Livelihoods (FNSL), Essential Household Items (EHI)/Shelter. Since 2017, PUI has expanded into Logone-et-Chari (LC) from its Kousseri base, where teams implement projects in FNSL, WASH, Shelter, and EHI under the Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM).
As part of this, PUI is recruiting 170 enumerators in the communes of Kousseri, Makary, Blangoua, Zina, and Hilé Alifa to rebuild its pool. Selected individuals will be trained and called upon as needed during PUI interventions in their respective districts.
Overall Objective
To provide support to PUI teams whenever necessary.
Responsibilities and Scope of Action

- PARTICIPATE IN ANY OTHER ASSESSMENTS TO IMPROVE UNDERSTANDING OF THE INTERVENTION CONTEXT IF NEEDED

Profile Sought
Hold a Baccalaureate (in any field) at minimum
Be at least 21 years old and no more than 35 years old at the date of publication of the call for applications
Required Professional Experience:

- Have relevant experience of at least 03 months in conducting surveys (food security, Shelter,
- Essential Household Items, Water, Hygiene, and Sanitation, etc.)
Mandatory Knowledge and Skills:

- Proficiency in French: speaking and writing
- Proficiency in local languages in the intervention area: Chadian Arabic, Kotoko, etc.
- Knowledge of survey and interview techniques
- Ability to work in a team and under supervision
- Knowledge of the project intervention areas

- Knowledge of targeting, satisfaction, Baseline/Endline, PDM-PIM, CAP survey approaches
- Knowledge of the RRM mechanism and its data collection tools
