As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to optimize their marketing strategies, integrate advanced workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities for their clients.

 

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM PST

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. FB Integrations and Lead Generation:
    • Monitor Facebook integrations to ensure effective lead generation.
    • Troubleshoot and optimize integration processes to enhance performance.
  2. Workflow Integration:
    • Integrate workflows with the appropriate forms to streamline lead capture and management.
    • Design and implement new CRM marketing workflows, such as Recycle Lead campaigns for leads generated in the last 30 days.
    • Roll out workflows to 150 client accounts, ensuring seamless execution and performance.
  3. UTM Tracking and Attribution:
    • Set up and manage UTM tracking to ensure accurate attribution of marketing efforts.
    • Analyze and report on attribution data to optimize marketing strategies.
  4. Calendar Integrations:
    • Integrate calendar systems to streamline appointment scheduling and management.
    • Ensure synchronization between calendars and CRM to avoid conflicts and enhance efficiency.
  5. System Integrations:
    • Utilize Zapier to automate processes and connect various tools and systems.
    • Create and manage Zapier workflows to improve operational efficiency.
    • Implement integration solutions between Go-High-Level software and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

  6. Meta Reporting and Dashboards:
    • Build and maintain Meta dashboards for internal optimization using Metabase.
    • Develop client-facing dashboards on Metabase to provide comprehensive reporting and insights.
    • Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and provide actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
  7. Strategize Funnel Building:
    Define an action plan and the steps needed to deliver a fully functioning Go High-Level Funnel based on client needs.

  • Enhanced Integration Performance:
    • Effective monitoring and optimization of Facebook integrations leading to improved lead generation.
  • Seamless Workflow Implementation:
    • Successful integration and rollout of new workflows across client accounts, resulting in streamlined lead management and increased efficiency.
  • Accurate Attribution:
    • Implementation of robust UTM tracking, providing clear insights into marketing attribution and enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Efficient Calendar Management:
    • Smooth integration of calendar systems, ensuring conflict-free scheduling and improved operational efficiency.
  • Automated Processes:
    • Creation and management of Zapier workflows leading to enhanced automation and reduced manual workload.
  • Insightful Reporting:
    • Development of intuitive and comprehensive Meta dashboards that provide valuable insights for clients and internal teams.
  • API Management:
    Utilize Go High Level’s API to connect with various external platforms, including CRMs, marketing tools, and other business applications.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, including workflow integration and CRM management.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook integrations and lead generation processes.
  • Proficiency in UTM tracking and attribution analysis.
  • Experience with calendar integrations and synchronization.
  • Expertise in using Zapier for automation.
  • Skilled in Meta reporting and dashboard creation using Metabase.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
