II-               QUALIFICATIONS

 

Minimum eligibility requirements – Cabin Crew

 

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Education: Hold a bachelor’s degree or a High School Certificate (or equivalent) followed by at least two (2) years of post-secondary studies.
• Age: Be between 18 and 28 years of age at the time of application.
• Swimming Ability: Demonstrate the ability to swim 50 metres within 2 minutes without assistance.
• Medical Fitness: Be in excellent physical and mental health, with the ability to successfully pass the Company’s pre-employment medical examination.
• Language Proficiency: Possess excellent command of both English and French (spoken and written). Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Customer Service Excellence: Display a strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Personal Qualities: Be dynamic, professional, empathetic, and capable of remaining calm and making sound decisions in emergency situations.
• Cultural Awareness: Demonstrate a high level of cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

 

 

• Height Requirements:
  • Female applicants: Minimum height of 1.60 m
  • Male applicants: Minimum height of 1.70 m

 

 

• Professional Conduct: Present a well-groomed appearance, demonstrate impeccable integrity, and maintain a professional attitude consistent with the Company’s values and brand image.
