Data Analyst
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Data Analyst to support the organization’s reporting, analytics, data architecture, and data integration needs.
The successful candidate will analyze data, develop dashboards and reports, improve data quality, and help define how organizational data is structured, stored, integrated, and documented.
The role will also support data integration within the organization’s Salesforce ecosystem, helping determine how data should flow between Salesforce and other systems. Prior Salesforce experience is not required, but the candidate should be comfortable with databases, APIs, data models, and system integration concepts.
Time Commitment
Part-time role, typically 20 hours per week, with flexibility based on project deadlines and team needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data from multiple sources and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar tools.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators across organizational programs and operations.
- Support the design of data models, databases, data warehouses, and other centralized data repositories.
- Recommend appropriate approaches for storing, organizing, and managing organizational data.
- Analyze data flows between Salesforce and other systems and recommend suitable integration solutions.
- Support integrations using APIs, ETL/ELT processes, automation tools, middleware, or similar technologies.
- Identify data duplication, inconsistencies, and integration gaps and recommend improvements.
- Clean, transform, validate, and prepare data from multiple systems.
- Promote data quality, consistency, governance, security, and appropriate data access.
- Maintain documentation for data sources, data models, schemas, data flows, and reporting processes.
- Work with technical and non-technical teams to understand data needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of data modeling, database design, and data architecture principles.

Girls in Tech Instructor
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and engaging Female Girls in Tech Instructor to lead and mentor girls aged 11 to 18 as part of our Girls in Tech program. The program prepares participants for the Technovation Girls Competition by building skills in programming, mobile app development, problem-solving, design thinking, entrepreneurship, teamwork, confidence, and presentation. The Instructor will guide participants through the full project journey, from identifying a real-world problem to designing a solution, developing a mobile application using MIT App Inventor, creating a basic business model, and preparing a final competition pitch.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions based on the Technovation Girls curriculum.
- Teach programming fundamentals and mobile app development using MIT App Inventor.
- Guide participants in problem identification, research, design thinking, and solution development.
- Support students in developing, testing, debugging, and improving their mobile applications.
- Introduce basic entrepreneurship concepts, including target users, value proposition, business models, and sustainability.
- Introduce basic Artificial Intelligence concepts where relevant to the Technovation curriculum.
- Help participants develop teamwork, collaboration, communication, leadership, and confidence.
- Mentor teams throughout the development of their Technovation projects.
- Support teams in preparing their project documentation, presentations, pitch, and competition submission.
- Track participant progress and communicate challenges or support needs to the program coordinator.

Position Summary
The Senior Program Manager is a member of Striving For All’s senior leadership team and serves as the operational leader for the organization’s activities in Cameroon. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across all programs, office operations, human resources, partnerships, finance, technology, communications, and organizational performance.
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for translating the organization’s strategic vision into measurable results by ensuring programs are delivered effectively, teams perform at a high level, resources are managed responsibly, and all operations comply with organizational, donor, and legal requirements. Working closely with the Executive Director and global leadership, the Senior Program Manager drives organizational growth, operational excellence, and sustainable impact across Cameroon.

- Contribute to the development and execution of Striving For All’s strategic plan in Cameroon.

The Marketing & Communications Manager will oversee digital marketing, website content, social media, storytelling, media relations, and organizational communications while collaborating closely with program, technology, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and implement SFA’s annual marketing and communications strategy.
