Benefits of the ACIS Scholarship in Singapore 2025-26:
- Participants will get scholarship benefits for up to 4 years.
- The program will cover full tuition fees.
- Scholars will get a Book allowance, a Computer allowance, a Conference allowance, and a Thesis allowance.
- Students will get a monthly stipend to cover the cost of living.
- Scholars will get support for up to 1 year of overseas attachment.
- Mid-term participants will also get the same support and benefits from Year 1 of study onwards.
Eligibility Criteria for ACIS Scholarship in 2025-26:
- Applicants can be Singaporeans or nationals of other countries.
- Non-Singaporean applicants must have completed or are about to complete a degree at a Singaporean university.
- Applicants must have already obtained, or are about to obtain minimum 2nd Upper Class Honors degree in a related field.
- Applicants who are in the last semester of an undergraduate program are eligible to apply. But, they will get a scholarship only if they meet A*STAR’s requirements of obtaining a minimum 2nd Upper Class Honors.
- Applicants must fulfill the eligibility criteria for admission to the PhD program at a university.
- Applicants must be interested in pursuing a research career in Computing and Information Science.
- Non-Singaporeans are required to complete a service commitment of 3 years in Singapore-based companies in fields relevant to CIS.
For Mid-Term ACIS applicants:
- Applicants can be both
- Singaporeans and non-Singaporeans.
- Non-Singaporeans should have completed a degree at a university in Singapore.
- Applicants must be enrolled in a Singapore University and have completed at least 1st semester while applying for this scholarship.
- Applicants must achieve excellent academic results for their current degree.
- Applicants must have the potential to conduct research.
- Applicant’s current university supervisor must be an academic referee.

- First, register a new SingPass account (for non-Singaporeans).
- Enter the required information to complete your access registration.
- You will receive a password at the email address provided.
- Use these details to log in with your account.
