ACADEMIC AFFAIRS COORDINATORS (TWO (2) FULL-TIME PERMANENT POSITIONS)
These positions are for the School of Management, Accounting, Business & Finance, and the School of Computer Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, review, and enhancement of academic programs in alignment with YIBS’s strategic vision.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies.
• Collaborate with faculty to promote teaching excellence, research initiatives, and student engagement.
• Drive interdisciplinary partnerships and academic innovation across departments.
Requirements:
• A Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Management, Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, or higher education administration.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with a passion for academic advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and rigorous lectures in Mathematics & Statistics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Develop cutting-edge course materials using modern pedagogical approaches.
• Contribute to research, publications, and academic conferences to elevate YIBS’s scholarly reputation.
• Mentor students and actively participate in departmental and institutional initiatives.
Requirements:
• A Master’s degree (PhD highly desirable) in Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in tertiary-level teaching with a track record of academic/research contributions.
• Strong analytical skills and a commitment to fostering student success.
