Website MUSTARD SEED INVESTMENT CREDIT (MUSIC)
We are seeking the services of suitable candidates who would be ready to work in our branch Office in Grand Hangar, Douala in the following positions;
Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
-Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, plan and deliver effective marketing strategies and monitor the progress of new and existing financial products;
-Carry out prospection and onboarding of customers, brokers and merchants to offer them products and services that meet their specific needs.
-Grow product holding per customer to maximize MUSIC share of customers’ wallets;
-Provide operational support on a day-to-day basis;
-Carry out cross-selling of products;
-Constantly engage customers to enlighten them on new products and services of MUSIC;
-Identify opportunities and areas of growth for MUSIC;
-Prepare and submit activity reports to management as may be required from time to time;
-Work with other team members to source for new business;
-Participate in organized customer fora for feedback and training on MUSIC products and services
-Maintains customer records by updating account information.
-Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Required skills and qualifications
-To have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, Marketing or an equivalent in a similar domain from a reputable university;
-Proven bank management experience for at least three years as a Branch Manager or similar role;
-Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
-Good working knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Word,
-Strong analytical skills,
-Proven track record of good performance,
-Ability to meet sales targets and production goals,
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills,
-Someone of impeccable personal and professional integrity,
-A personality that is self-motivating, engaging, positive, result-driven and possesses the maturity and capacity to command respect.
-Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
-Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
-Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
-Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
