Role Context

We are seeking a well-groomed, energetic and experienced candidate with a passion sales. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will meet and/or exceed determined sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make qualification calls
  • Complete qualifications call target per effective sales day
  • Improve qualified suspects to prospect conversion ratio
  • Assign suspects to the sales team
  • Achieve qualification profiles completed target
  • Get prospects with opportunities >= stage 3
  • Increase the number of customers trading within the MCC portfolio
  • Contact customers trading within the MCC portfolio
  • Ensure all the customers in the portfolio have a valid email
  • Rank up the customer trading in the portfolio
Minimum Requirements

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant commercial experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills both externally and internally
  • Customer and industry knowledge
  • Proficient in social selling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Must be proficient in English and French
  • 2-4 years of sales experience.
