02 DRIVERS
As part of the expansion of its activities, Africa Eye Foundation (AEF), an international NGO is recruiting 02 Drivers for its hospital Magrabi ICO Cameroon Eye Institute (MICEI) located in Obak on the road to Okola.
Responsibilities
-Carry out “minor vehicle maintenance” on the vehicle for the Magrabi ICO Cameroon Eye Institute vehicle usage policy
-Responsible for cleaning the vehicle inside/outside and doing daily routine checks to ensure its proper functioning
-Must be able to detect the slightest malfunction in the vehicle
-Responsible for transporting staff, partners, and guests following the guidelines and the calendars drawn up by MICEI/accountable for the vehicle fleet
-Ensure compliance with safety standards and driving regulations
-Ensure the safety and integrity of MICEI vehicles and property
-Ensure that the documentation required by regulations is available before any journey
-Have excellent professional ethics and respect the rules of confidentiality
-Respect appointments and mission schedules
-Fill in the vehicle logbook as required
-Dress excellently and behave respectfully towards the staff being transported and all other road users
-Ensuring that MICEI is well represented when traveling
-Distribute mail to public offices as well as other institutions Carryout any other assigned task
Skills and Competences
Excellent motor mechanic skills
Excellent knowledge of the highway code
Good interpersonal skills
Adaptable, flexible, able to improvise, and remain responsive even under pressure
High level of integrity and ability to work as a team.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and/or French languages

Responsibilities:
-Mowing, cutting, pruning and trimming
-Maintenance of green areas
-Cleaning and removal of weeds
-Watering and maintenance of watering systems
-Treatment of plants with weed killers, fertilizers and organic products
-Soil preparation
-Sowing, cultivation and planting of plants and vegetation
-Supply of plants for green spaces
-Landscaping of gardens
-Provide support to facility management
Candidate Profile and Skills
-Knowledge of gardening techniques
-Skills in plant and flower care operations
-Ability to use professional machinery for cutting grass, hedges, and pruning trees
-Good manual skills
-Accuracy and attention to detail
-Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
-Healthy and robust physical constitution
-Holder of FSLC/CEPE with a certificate in basic Agriculture will have an added advantage 0 t(C2

03 CASHIERS
As part of the expansion of its activities in satisfying all its customers, Africa Eye Foundation, an international NGO is recruiting 03 “Cashier” for its hospital Magrabi ICO Cameroon Eye Institute (MICEI) located in Obak on the Okola road.
Responsibilities
-Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
-Manage transactions with customers using the system
-Enter the service name and ensure pricing is accurate
-Collect payments whether in cash or credit
-Issue receipts, refunds, change or receipts
-Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
-Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
-Provide pricing information by answering questions
-Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
-Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Candidate Profile and Skills
-HND in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
-Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in a hospital is of added advantage
-Notions in insurance management are of added advantage
-Good computer knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and automatic payment gadgets
-Good calculation skills
-Strong communication and time management skills
