JOB TITLE: Full-Service Teller/Cash Desk Attendant
DUTY STATION: Yaoundé
LINE SUPERVISOR: Branch Manager, Operations Officer
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent Contract
CORE DUTIES:
Receiving and advising customers, seizing business opportunities open to the bank, and processing transaction
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
HND, Or degree In Banking, Finance, accounting, Management, Trade, and Economy
COMPETENCES/EXIGENCES/QUALITIES
Technical skills
-Ability to receive customers, identify their needs, process their inquiries and complaints and assist them Ability to process and record customer transactions
-Ability to sell banking products
-Ability to connect customers with the right customer advisers
